Do you change dishes on request?

Within reason, yes: milder, hotter, no onion, sauce on the side. Write it in the notes or tell us on the phone.

Do you do gluten-free?

Not reliably. Soy sauce and most of our sauces contain wheat, and the fryer is shared. We would rather say so than promise something we cannot.

What is your food hygiene rating?

It is displayed in the window and on the Food Standards Agency website. (On this demonstration site it is left as a placeholder for the owner.)
