Healed, and who did it.

Fresh tattoos all look good. These are photographed healed, at the three-month touch-up, because that is what you will be living with. One from each style, and a cover-up you can drag.

Cover-up

A 2004 tribal band, under a panther.

Blown-out lines and grey ink that had spread for twenty years. Dai designed the panther so that its solid black sat over every line of the old piece, with the rose covering the one part that stuck out. Two sessions, no laser. Drag the handle.

One from each style.

Mari

Flash from the wall, re-coloured with a red rose at the client's request. One sitting, ninety minutes, healed photo at the three-month touch-up that it did not need.

Geometric half-sleeve, forearm

Dai

Drawn on the arm with markers over an hour, then three day sessions. Solid black packed in one pass, dotwork on the final day once the black had healed.

Ash

Single needle, drawn from pressed flowers the client brought in from her grandmother's garden. Two and a half hours. The lines are exactly as fine as they will stay.

Dai

A blown-out tribal band from 2004 under a panther whose black fills every line of it. Two sessions, no laser needed. See the before on the slider above.

Mari

The stencil moved three times before the client was happy, which is the point of the mirror. Ship and rope, lined that day, colour three weeks later.

A single-needle script piece, hand-set, forty minutes under the lamp. Film on, aftercare sheet in the bag, photo at the three-month check.

Instagram

The rest is on the feed, fresh and healed.

Each artist posts their own work with the healed photo alongside the fresh one where we have it. If you want to see more of a particular style before you book, that is where to look; if you want to see a specific piece healed, ask and we will dig it out.
