Parking
No parking on Womanby Street. St David's, Westgate Street or Castle Mews car parks are all within five minutes' walk. Cardiff Central station is six minutes.
Walk-ins
Tuesday to Saturday, 11am to 4pm, no appointment. Saturdays are busiest by noon; a Tuesday or Wednesday morning you will usually be in a chair within twenty minutes.
ID
Photo ID with your date of birth on every first visit: passport, driving licence or a PASS card. We cannot tattoo anyone under 18 and we do not accept parental consent.
Access
We are up one flight of stairs with no lift, which we are honest about. Ground-floor sessions can be arranged at a partner studio in Canton for clients who cannot manage the stairs; ask when you book.
Match days
The street closes to traffic and fills up on stadium days. We open as normal but come early, and expect noise from about 1pm.
