Pizza dough rolled thin around chicken, peppers and cheese, toasted in the oven
Wraps and calzone
Wraps made from our pizza dough rolled thin and toasted in the oven: chicken and peppers, the meat feast, a vegetable, and the calzone folded over any three toppings. Cheaper than a pizza, easier to eat on the move.

A wrap here is not a tortilla. It is a ball of our pizza dough rolled thin, filled, rolled and baked in the oven until it crisps, then cut in half. They are what people order at lunchtime on a Saturday and what the riders eat.
Four on the menu: chicken, peppers, red onion and mozzarella with garlic dip; the meat feast with pepperoni, ham and chicken; a vegetable with mushrooms, peppers, olives and sweetcorn; and the calzone, a twelve-inch base folded over any three toppings with tomato sauce and mozzarella.
Every wrap comes with a dip. Codes on the menu: the dough contains gluten; the cheese milk.
