What we do

Six ways into the kit.

All six, with prices

01

Club kits

Match kit for clubs of every size, from the under-sevens to the vets: stock kit in ten colours or made-to-order in your exact design, the badge embroidered, names and numbers pressed, size samples lent first. The kit builder gives the price per player and the date it will be ready.

Shirt, shorts and socks from £34 a player at club price, plus the badge from £3.

02

Training wear

Training tops, rain jackets, hoodies, bags and coaches' jackets with the club badge and initials, ordered by the club or sold through a club list in the shop so parents buy at the club price. The training top is the most-ordered item we have.

Training top from £22, rain jacket from £28, hoodie from £20, kit bag from £16, at club price.

03

Printing and embroidery

Names and numbers pressed while you wait for a single shirt, badges embroidered from a sew-out you approve, sponsors' logos in vinyl or transfer, and workwear and hen-party T-shirts too. One-offs welcome; the print room is open Monday to Friday.

Name or number £3, badge from £3.

04

School PE kit

The PE kit for eight primary and secondary schools in and around Caerphilly, held in every size with the school logo embroidered. Try it on in the shop, open late on Thursdays and on Sundays in August, or order online for collection. The schools page lists each school's kit and the price of a full set.

A primary PE set (T-shirt, shorts and bag) from £20, a full secondary set from about £60.

05

Running and gym wear

Running shoes fitted with a gait check on the treadmill at the back, running and gym clothing, sports bras fitted properly, and the vests for two local running clubs. Ten per cent off for running club members and anyone with a parkrun barcode.

Running shoes from £70 with a free gait check.

06

Club shops online

An online shop for your club or school with your approved range at the club price: parents order and pay directly, we embroider, print and post or hold for collection, and the club gets a monthly statement and a percentage of every sale. No stock and no money for the club to handle.

Free to set up for clubs with a kit order.

The print room

Everything is pressed or embroidered in the room behind the shop. That is why one shirt with a name and number can be done while you wait, why a mistake is fixed the same day, and why a new club badge is stitched once on a scrap of the real shirt for you to approve before a single shirt is embroidered.

  • Names and numbers in club fonts, £3 each
  • Badges from £3.50; a new badge digitised once for £25
  • A single shirt pressed while you wait from £6

Sizes

The sample bag goes to training, not the guesswork.

Half of all kit swaps come from sizes guessed on a group chat. So we lend a bag with one of every size of shirt, shorts and training top, free, for a week. Each player tries one on at training, a parent writes the size on the sheet, and the order comes back right first time.

How a club order works

How we work

Four things true of every order.

Your colours, matched

We hold stock kit in ten colours and match the nearest to your club colours on a swatch card before anyone orders. If the nearest is not near enough, we say so and quote made-to-order.

Sizes tried, not guessed

A bag with one of every size goes to training for a week. Parents write the size on the sheet with the child in the shirt, and the order is right first time.

A sew-out first

A new club badge is digitised and stitched once on a scrap of the real shirt for you to approve, before a single shirt is embroidered. The badge then stays on file for every reorder.

One price, in writing

The kit builder gives the per-player and total price; the written quote matches it, and so does the invoice. Club accounts get thirty days.

Club kit

Borrowed the size bag for two training nights, sent one sheet, and sixteen kits with names and numbers were ready eight days later. Not one swap. The kit builder price was exactly the invoice.

They stitched our badge onto a bit of dress fabric for us to see first, and the purple was slightly wrong, so they changed the thread. Two weeks later the whole squad had dresses and hoodies.

Went on the Thursday late night in August, no queue, both children tried everything on and we had the names printed while we waited. Took twenty minutes instead of a Saturday morning.

Questions club secretaries ask

What is the minimum for club prices?

Ten players. Below that the kit builder shows the shop price, which is a quarter more, and we still print it. From twenty-five players there is five per cent off, from fifty ten per cent.

How long will our kit take?

Stock kit with names and numbers: about seven working days. Add five for a new embroidered badge, and five more above fifty players. The kit builder works out the date from today.

Can we borrow sizes?

Yes. The size sample bag (one of every size of shirt, shorts and training top) goes to training for a week, free. Return it with the sizing sheet.

Do you match our colours?

We hold ten stock colours and match the nearest to yours on a swatch card. If none is close enough, made-to-order kit can be any colour at all, from fifteen shirts.

Can I get one shirt printed?

Yes, while you wait in about fifteen minutes when the print room is open, from £6 for a name and a number.

Which schools do you stock?

Eight in and around Caerphilly; the schools page lists each school's kit with prices. We only sell a school's logo with its agreement.
