The menu

This week, more or less.

The menu is written on Wednesday morning after the deliveries and is online by noon. This is a representative week; the real one will be close, with the producers named beside each dish. Prices include VAT. A 10% service charge goes entirely to the staff and can be taken off.

Pan-roasted Welsh lamb rump, pink, with crushed potatoes, leek and a green sauce on a white tablecloth by candlelight

V is vegetarian; most dishes can be made gluten-free and a vegan dish is on every menu. The full allergen matrix is at the door and every dish can be explained by whoever brings it. Children's two courses £12, under twelve.
