Hot wax, strip wax, spa pedicures, gel toes
Waxing and pedicures
Waxing with hot wax for sensitive areas and strip wax for legs and arms, done quickly and cleanly in a private room, and spa pedicures with a proper soak, hard-skin removal and gel on the toes.

Waxing is quick, private and clean here, or it is not worth doing. Pedicures are the fifty minutes a week most people do not take for themselves.
Legs, arms, underarms and backs are strip-waxed with a warm wax that grips the hair and not the skin. Bikini, Brazilian, Hollywood and face are hot-waxed with a stripless wax that is kinder on sensitive skin and gets shorter hairs. New wax, new spatula, every time, in the treatment room with the door closed and the diffuser on. Four weeks' growth is ideal; two is the minimum.
A spa pedicure is a soak, the old polish off, nails shaped and cuticles tidied, hard skin removed with a file and a foot peel, a scrub, a massage and a gel colour or polish on the toes. Fifty minutes in the mint chair with a cup of tea. Gel on toes lasts five to six weeks.

Questions about waxing & pedicures
How long should the hair be for waxing?
About the length of a grain of rice, which is two to four weeks of growth. Shorter and the wax cannot grip; we will tell you to come back rather than wax what will not come out.
